Everyday, the savvy menu features USDA Prime beef, ocean-fresh seafood along with lighter, local favorites. The inviting foyer greets you with an array of fine wines - over 1,500 bottles - in the spectacular glass wine rooms.  The cellar temperature of 58 degrees is maintained while white wines are stored at 45 degrees in an additional wine cooler.

Offering only the finest USDA Prime beef makes III Forks one of the few exclusively Prime Steakhouses in America. The "Beef Market" side of the menu offers tender Filet Mignon, Bone-in Ribeye, New York Strip and succulent Double Cut Pork Chop.
